New England Property Services Group, LLC
Job Description

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

If you are interested in applying for this position after reviewing the information below, please do so by completing the application and answering "ALL" of the screening questions. If any screening questions are left blank, your application may not be considered. With that said, if you choose to apply, I request that you also send me a direct email using your normal day to day email address (not the Indeed email address) with a copy of a current and accurate Resume in PDF format. The information you provide on and through Indeed should be the most current information about your background, such as information relating to your employment and/or education history, particularly with dates as to when you started a job and/or when you left the job. I would strongly encourage you to list "ALL" past employment and not just employment related to the type of job you are applying for. Showing a work history, even if there are various types of jobs on your Resume, does provide confirmation of your engagement in the work force and helps provide more detail about your past experiences, some of which may set your application apart from others, even if you feel listing the employment (or education) would not be beneficial from your point of view. Additionally, if you are choosing to apply to this job posting and your education, experience, and/or skills are limited in any way as to the requested education, experience, and/or skills we may have listed and noted as being required, I still encourage your submission, but ask that you include in the email you will send directly to me with your Resume, a summary of why you submitted your application along with the reason(s) you feel you should still be considered for the position, such as highlighted your strengths and how they may help our company in some way and how you may be able to compensate for any missing education, experience, and/or skills if you are hired. Lastly, if you receive a reply from me showing interest in your application, we expect that you will reply within 12 hours from our response to your application, and if I do not hear back from you within this time frame, we may close your application out on Indeed.
