Opportunity: Seeking Government or Airport CX Strategist for 2.5-Year Transformation Project

Massive Brand Consulting (MBC) is leading a strategic bid to deliver a multi-year, enterprise-scale Customer Experience (CX) transformation for Denver International Airport — one of the busiest and most innovative airport systems in the country.

We are seeking to partner with a CX Strategist or Service Designer who has demonstrated experience working within public sector, airport, transit, or government innovation environments.


Who We're Looking For:

Experience in customer experience, journey mapping, service design, or stakeholder engagement in:

  • Airports

  • Government agencies (local/state/federal)

  • Civic UX or service delivery environments (DMV, 311, public transit, etc.)

Familiar with:

  • CX performance metrics (NPS, CSAT, VOC)

  • Human-centered or equity-centered design

  • Organizational transformation in public-facing systems

Available for proposal collaboration (now) and potential advisory/delivery role (Fall 2025–2028)
Comfortable joining a diverse, women-led, MWBE-certified team building a transformational experience for millions of travelers and civic employees.


Project Overview:

  • 2.5-year contract beginning Fall 2025

  • RFP due July 21, 2025

  • Engagement includes: landscape analysis, CX operating model, pilot design, and capacity-building
