Anthony F. Cordeiro is President & CEO of Anthony F. Cordeiro Insurance Agency, LLC, Cordeiro Properties, LLC, and Downtown Development Companies, LLC. A successful entrepreneur, real estate investor, and community leader, he has spent nearly four decades building businesses and investing in developments that have helped shape the Greater Fall River region.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Bryant University, Mr. Cordeiro oversees more than $130 million in real estate assets, including Commonwealth Landing and Downtown Lofts. He is also Founder and Chairman of the Anthony F. Cordeiro Charitable Foundation, which has awarded more than $300,000 to local nonprofits.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cordeiro has served in leadership roles with numerous civic, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations, reflecting his longstanding commitment to the economic vitality and well-being of the SouthCoast community.
