Chowderfest is a beloved and highly anticipated community event that brings the entire South Coast together for a day of fun, live music, and savory samples of chowders, soups! For over a decade this friendly competition amongst local food establishments has attracted over 3000 residents and tourists from all over New England to New Bedford City Pier 3 to cast their vote for their favorite recipe and we didn't let 2020 slip away without having this staple event in some capacity.
