About Us

DJP Right Fit Recruiting, LLC helps small businesses find top talent. We serve as "talent scouts" for small businesses, not recruiters. And there is a difference.

We are private professional recruiters, conducting searches for our clients hard to fill positions. We recruit for a wide variety of industries and positions, but not limited to: Leadership and Managerial, Technical, Administrative, Accounting and Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing, IT, HR, Professional, Executive and C-Suite. We recruit heavily in the Legal, Dental and Healthcare, Manufacturing and Construction Industries.

We not only conduct searches for current critical openings, we develop future pipelines of candidates for our clients so that future manpower needs are met. In other words, we are searching for candidates even when vacancies don't exist. Like Talent Scouts in the sports industry, we are in the stands on a Saturday, watching the games looking for the next "400 hitter".
