Coastal Community Capital is a statewide SBA lender providing SBA financing for 51% owner-occupied commercial real estate. Rates are fixed for 20 or 25 years, typically at below market rates. For existing businesses, the down payment is 0%, unless real estate will be used for a special purpose per the SBA. The underwriting process is generally easy and fast! Coastal Community Capital also offers non-SBA small business loans for working capital, equipment, etc.
