· Collaborate with the nursing team to assess and plan resident care.

· Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.

· Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.

· Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

· Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.

· Provide guidance and support to direct care staff.
