Licensed Insurance Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced boutique insurance team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

· Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and umbrella coverage.

· Provide exemplary customer service by answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, and addressing inquiries.

· Handle endorsements, process payments, and review policy renewals.

· Generate quotes and assist in writing new business, including remarketing to partner carriers.

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
