Anastassia Gonye
Creator and Owner of Tuff Kookooshka

Founded in 1999, Tuff Kookooshka is the creation of Anastassia Gonye, a Russian born American artist, and fashion designer. Tuff Kookooshka has steadily grown from very humble beginnings. Anastassia started to design her line at her kitchen table, sewing in the basement, using discarded fabrics sold at the factory by the pound. Many years later, Tuff Kookooshka is sold in stores and boutiques across America, in Canada, and Japan. In July 2016, Tuff Kookooshka opened a Retail Shop / Design Studio in Cataumet Massachusetts on Cape Cod. It is very important to us that all of Tuff Kookooshka clothing is MADE IN USA, using locally manufactured fabrics and notions. It takes a lot of hard work and sacrifice to keep our production here in the USA, but Anastassia is very proud to have every label say MADE IN USA. Full Bio Click Here

Sheri Weintraub MS DABR
Director and Chief Physicist Radiation Oncology, Southcoast Centers for Cancer Care

Sheri Weintraub is the chief physicist and director of radiation oncology at the Southcoast Centers for Cancer Care. She has been a physicist since 1999 and has served long-standing leadership roles where she has balanced administrative duties along with clinical physics work. Effective communication is vital in any organization, but she particularly enjoys the challenges of bridging these two very important and distinct areas. Sheri has a particular passion for patient safety and currently serves on a national health care advisory committee to review medical incidents in radiation oncology. She is pursuing her PhD in Health Science at Nova Southeastern Univeristy and is looking forward to expanding her patient safety work through that academic environment. Full Bio Click Here

Lauren L. Lemieux, ACC, CPCC
Whole Life Coaching
Lauren graduated from Dartmouth High School and UMass Dartmouth with a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Science. After spending 18 years working in the family business, Lauren resigned in January, 2013, to find her true calling. Lauren had no idea what that was, but she soon found the profession of coaching. Lauren is now a certified life coach from both the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. Coaching To Fulfill Dreams is her coaching business, where she engages her clients to evoke their confidence and courage to embrace what is truly possible in the personal and professional lives. She also works part time at Catholic Social Services coaching clients who are or were recently homeless to support them as they transition to stability. Full Bio Click Here

Ashely Bendiksen

Inspirational Speaker, Activist, Writer, Consultant
Ashley is a native of New Bedford, MA and is well-known for her work in women's empowerment and leadership development. She is self-employed as a professional speaker, writer, and business consultant. As a speaker, Ashley specializes in powerful presentations for the college market, as well as women and youth settings, where she shares her own personal stories of victimization as a young woman. Out of hardship, she has been able to turn her life around tremendously - finding her inner strengths, purpose, fulfillment, personal and professional success. This has led her to build a platform of both inspiration and education for those she works with. Year-round, is an advocate and activist for survivor and bystander empowerment, professional development for women, and social entrepreneurship. Ashley shares inspiring stories of how she has chosen to embrace her challenges and positively fight for social change - in community leadership and her profession.

Azorean Chicken, which is Portuguese Stuffed Boneless Chicken Breast topped with a Madeira Sauce.
