The New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to be a Neighborhood Champion, promoting the American Express "Shop Small" initiative on Small Business Saturday, November 29th.

Numerous businesses in the region will be taking part by opening their locations that day to promote shopping local.
