New Years Resolution, Improve your Health with better office Ergonomics!
Join us on Tuesday, Feb. 10th for a workshop with Dr. Jason Colberg, President of PT Health & Safety Solutions to learn about best practice workstation ergonomics. Better work posture will increase you efficiency, accuracy and decrease your discomfort while working on the computer. Along with good ergonomics you will learn how and what to stretch to decrease your risk of common muscular strains. This event is $15 for SCYPN and Chamber members and $25 for non-members. Registration is required.
