The One SouthCoast Women's Forum is the ideal setting for leading business professionals and aspiring women in business to connect, learn and be inspired by other women! This unique event celebrates the accomplishments of women while motivating other women to follow their example.
We choose Keynote Speakers who are examples of women who have bravely pushed for initiative, entered new markets and advocate for forward thinking industries.
We are excited to welcome Cait Donovan, an international speaker, podcast host, and Burnout Recovery Coach.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Registration and networking begins at 10:45 am.
At 11:15 am, Keynote Speaker and Southcoast native Cait Donovan will address the crowd on Dismantling Burnout: Helping Leaders and Teams Overcome Burnout Together.
The luncheon will begin at 12 pm, immediately followed by more networking, a fun photo booth and a book signing with Cait!
Burnout isn't just an individual issue, it's a systemic challenge that affects both leadership and teams. This talk breaks down the shared responsibilities of leaders and employees in creating a work culture that fights burnout from all angles. Leaders will learn how to foster environments that prioritize well-being without overstepping into the role of a therapist, while teams will discover their own role in managing stress, boundaries, and workload. By addressing burnout collectively, we'll explore actionable strategies for reducing burnout culture and building workplaces where everyone thrives. This is about mutual empowerment?leaders and teams, working together. If you work solo, this all applies to you too!

MEET CAIT DONOVAN
Cait Donovan is the host of "Fried. The Burnout Podcast," an international keynote speaker, and author of the book "The Bouncebackability Factor". Her creative burnout recovery solutions have been featured on podcasts and online magazines such as ?Forbes?, ?NPR,? and ?The New York Post? and in companies such as Clorox and Pepsi.
