New Board Member Orientation
The New Board Member Orientation is a luncheon meeting to welcome new members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and prepare them for their new roles. The meeting is facilitated by the Chair of the Board and the President/CEO.
The orientation will cover a variety of topics including:
- Mission, Vision and Values of the Chamber
- Chamber History
- Roles and Responsibilities of the Board and Staff
- Calendar of Meetings and Events
- Review of Affiliates and Committees
- Overview of Board Meetings
- Review of Board Policies
- Question & Answer Period
