Familiarization Tour
What is a familiarization tour? A tour offered to familiarize stakeholders/businesses with their destination and services. Generally referred to as a "fam tour."
The tour will start at the National Park in front of the Corson Building on William Street. The NB LINE will provide shuttle service to area attractions in New Bedford, tour will start at 9 a.m. sharp and return to the national Park Visitor Center by noon.
Stops include:
- Buttonwood Park Zoo
- Museum of Madeiran Heritage
- New Bedford Fire Museum
- New Bedford Museum of Glass
- New Bedford Waterfront Visitor Center (Wharfinger Building)
- Buzzards Bay Coalition - Bay Learning Center
Pre-registration is highly recommended, as seating is limited!
