"Doing Business with General Services Administration (GSA)" Workshop
The workshop will begin with a few opening remarks from the Mayor of the City of New Bedford, Honorable Jon F. Mitchell, followed by a presentation by featured speakers Robert Zarnetske, Regional Administrator, and Jerry Smith, Director, Office of Small Business Utilization. Both Robert and Jerry will provide attendees with an overview of contracting with the federal government.
In this session, the presenters will clarify GSA's role in the federal arena; help attendees understand what drives procurement decisions; discuss techniques for marketing to federal agencies; and describe advocacy resources and small business support services within GSA. Q&A to follow.
