The Chamber's Annual Meeting and Business Luncheon is an opportunity to join other business and community leaders and celebrate business people working together for the future of Greater New Bedford.
Held annually in November, the luncheon's keynote speaker presents an interesting and inspiring presentation focused around business growth. The program also includes the election of the Chamber's Board of Directors, recognition of outgoing board members, and the presentation of several Chamber and community awards.
Keynote Speaker: Joseph Abboud
Lifestyle designer Joseph Abboud was drawn to the fashion business by a deep appreciation for quality and elegance. Born in Boston, he studied comparative literature at the University of Massachusetts, where he was later awarded a Doctor of Fine Arts. Shortly after, he went on to attend the Sorbonne in Paris, where he grew to love the sophisticated polish of European style. Since the debut of his first collection in 1987, Abboud has been awarded numerous honors. A true artist, Joseph finds inspiration in art, travel, music, and history in passionate pursuit of the next trends in menswear.Date and Time
