About Us

Since 1985, Community Connections has been providing life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities.

Community Connections offers day habilitation, life skills, employment services, supported living services, social recreation, and transportation services to over 750 people across the South Coast and Cape Cod.

Through a person-centered approach, we design individualized programs that build on the strengths of the whole person, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their community.
