DESCRIPTION:The New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce will join Route 6 Diner for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their grand opening! \n\n\n\nRoute 6 Diner\, the "finer diner"\, uses only the best and freshest ingredients and makes everything from scratch. Owner Michael Glassman says it's an "old school diner with a new modern twist." With a large dining room\, and full bar with TVs\, the restaurant is ready to accommodate your dining needs.\n\n\n\nAside from a full breakfast menu being offered all day\, Route 6 Diner offers a full menu including fresh corn beef hash\, roasted turkey (that they roast themselves in-house)\, meatloaf\, chicken pot pie\, fish and chips\, fresh salads\, specialty burgers\, shakes\, malts and much more! Additionally\, Glassman's mother makes all of the delicious desserts from scratch\, using old family recipes.\n\n\n\nThe ribbon cutting ceremony is open to the public\, and all are welcome to attend.
