The Good Morning SouthCoast! breakfast program is also a great way to network with other Chamber members!\n\n\n\nKeynote Speaker\n\nState Auditor Suzanne M. Bump\n\n\n\nSuzanne M. Bump was sworn in as the 25th State Auditor of Massachusetts on January 19\, 2011. As the first new Auditor in 24 years\, Auditor Bump will lead her administration to be a catalyst for making state government work better by elevating standards of transparency\, accountability\, and performance.\n\n\n\nFeatured Speaker\n\nPia Durkin\, Ph.D.\, Superintendent of New Bedford Public Schools\n\n\n\nPia Durkin became New Bedford's Superintendent on July 1\, 2013. Prior to her appointment here\, she served as the Superintendent of Attleboro Public Schools for seven years. Except for one year where she served as Superintendent in a small district in Rhode Island\, she has spent her entire career working and dealing with urban education issues.
