Each of the programs has a business-oriented focus and features a popular speaker to present on a topic of interest to local businesses. The Good Morning SouthCoast! breakfast program is also a great way to network with other Chamber members!\n\n\n\nThe February edition of Good Morning SouthCoast! will focus on Off Shore Wind and the effects it will have on both residents and the business community.  A panel of experts and professionals will discuss Off Shore Wind\, answer questions\, and offer vital information on this new form of renewable energy coming to the SouthCoast region.\n\n\n\nThe Panel will include:\n\n\n\n   Paul Vigeant\, managing director of the New Bedford Wind Energy Center\;\n\n\n\n  Derek Santos\, executive director of the New Bedford Economic Development Council\;\n\n\n\n   Ed Anthes-Washburn\, Director of the Port of New Bedford\n\n\n\n  Matthew Morrissey\, Massachusetts vice president for Deepwater Wind\, one of three developers looking to build wind farms south of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.\n\n\n\n Michael J.
