This program empowers employees to become better informed about New Bedford and all the city has to offer. The hospitality industry consists of a broad section of fields within the service industry including lodging\, restaurants\, event planning\, transportation\, entertainment and activities.\n\n\n\nWhy Participate: We're equipping our customer service and hospitality workers with the most current information about our city and regional attractions\, and showing them how to serve it up with a smile. Please encourage your staff to attend this training.
