He has two grown children\, Ashley and Derek.\n\n \n\nWayne has a background of 25 years in commercial and residential design building.  He started his own construction company at 24 years old called Wayne Newton Building. He is a Licensed Construction Supervisor\, and skills range in various areas of designing\, building and engineering.\n\n \n\nHe is co-founder and an owner of TrueBounce Inc.\, a sports manufacturer that was founded in 2002 in New Bedford\, MA.  TrueBounce places it uniqueness on the patented Backboard for basketball that is in place in various high schools\, colleges and playgrounds across the United States.
