Aimed to be a source of inspiration and a wealth of knowledge\, the CEOs share their personal experiences and journey to success with the participants in an informal\, small group setting.\n\n\n\nFeatured Speaker: Jason Couto\, President of Couto Construction\n\n \n\nJason Couto spent summers as a teen nailing roofs and learning the family construction business. It only makes sense that he now owns the company.\n\n \n\nJason and his brother Derek took over Couto Construction from their father\, who started the business in 1987. As CEO since 2008\, Jason leads a dedicated team that prides itself on providing quality workmanship and outstanding service.\n\n \n\nJust as he worked hard to learn the trade\, Jason applied the same intensity to the business end. He's crossed the country to earn manufacturer and industry certifications and continues to learn as he helps handle finances\, marketing\, sales\, project estimates\, and more.\n\n \n\nIn his spare time\, Jason enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes playing soccer and golf\, scuba diving\, watching movies\, and attending social events.
