DESCRIPTION:After breakfast\, our  Business Expo will continue with an exciting lunch featuring speaker Bill Lee. Bill is an American former major league baseball pitcher. He played for the Boston Red Sox from 1969 through 1978\, as well as playing for the Montreal Expos in 1979-1982. In 2008 he was inducted in the Red Sox hall of fame. At the age of 65 he signed with the SanRafael Pacifics of the independent North American League.\n\n\n\nLee has co-written four books and in 2006 a documentary film by Brett Rapkin\,  Spaceman: A Baseball Odyssey that featured Lee. In addition to his baseball experience\, Lee is known for his counterculture behavior\, his antics both on and off the field\, and his use of the Leephus pitch\, a personalized variation of the eephus pitch.\n\n\n\nBill Lee will be available after the presentation to sign autographs for a $5.00 fee.
